CRM's are everywhere. Customer relationship management (CRM) is an approach to managing a company's interaction with current and potential customers.


It uses data analysis about customers' history with a company to improve business relationships with customers, specifically focusing on customer retention and ultimately driving sales growth.

Thankfully, there are CRM's built now exclusively for certain niches specifically for a certain customer journey.


For a long time, SharpSpring has been one of the very few that offered a CRM exclusively built for agencies and Close is my personal favorite CRM for any type of industry.


HighLevel is a new product targeting the same customer base with a different approach.


It's a really interesting direction for a new SaaS product to take. Although the market is not very huge, there isn't a similar product like this apart from a few SEO, reputation management tools, etc. There are similar products such as Close, Outreach, etc. but they serve a different type of customer and not specifically local marketing agencies.

Best use cases


Highlevel as a CRM is a perfect fit for the below types of services,

  • Agencies offering marketing services for medical, healthcare professionals & dentists due to the availability of HIPPA compliance in HighLevel.

  • Agencies offering marketing services for local and home improvement businesses like cleaning, plumbing, pest control, roofing, and electrical services.




GoHighlevel CRM: Is It Good?


As far of CRMs go, we can only compare it to what we’ve seen and used. So far, the Gohighlevel CRM is very competitive with other CRMs like Hubspot, Pipedrive, Acuity, MindBody, Insightly, and Infusionsoft.

For most businesses, GoHighlevel is absolutely outstanding. But, for those who have e-commerce websites with 20+ products, we would not recommend using GoHighlevel (this recommendation does not include people selling digital products).


The GoHighlevel CRM completely replaces the CRMs we mentioned above and for only a fraction of the price.


Some of the other cool features about their CRM is that you can add unlimited employee accounts for each business.


This means the administrator, the sales team, and other members can all log in and access vital information for the business. This centralizes communication and helps keep the business accountable for communicating with their clients.


Additionally, you can control each individual employee’s level of access and visibility.

This means sales members can have access to the pipeline and conversations. The admins/managers have access to the sales members.



And the business owner can have access to everything. Or maybe, you sell GoHighlevel as individual pieces with up sells so the business only gets further access as they pay more.


For a long period of time, Sharp Spring has been among the really few that used a CRM specifically developed for agencies and Close is my individual favorite CRM for any kind of market. High Level is a new item targeting the exact same consumer base with a different technique. It’s a really intriguing direction for a new SaaS product to take.


Conclusion


So, is it good?

Absolutely. It is a fantastic tool for agencies that serve local businesses. It is easy to use, has a lot of functions and possibilities for time-saving automation capabilities.


Yes, there is room for improvements to be made as with any new SaaS product, but the core idea and execution of it are absolutely spot on.


Definitely worth a try to run your agency more seamless and effective.
