It also allows you to message two-way with your customers via SMS/MMS and through Facebook messenger, all in one platform.



HighLevel is a software organization based in the United States that offers a piece of software called HighLevel. HighLevel offers online, and business hours support. HighLevel features training via documentation, webinars, and live online.



The HighLevel software suite is SaaS software. HighLevel is appointment scheduling software, and includes features such as appointment reminders, automated scheduling, calendar sync, client database, group scheduling, mobile access, Multi-Location, online booking, online payments, recurring appointments, and room booking management. Some competitor software products to HighLevel include Loyalty Reward Stamp, Revetize, and Avochato.

Go Highlevel has several pricing options.



1. Core Plan (Single Location Plan)


The single location plan costs $99 a month and as the name suggests, can be used only for a single location.


The $97/month plan is for a single business. You won’t have the option of bringing new clients on-board your account and sharing assets between accounts. But you can start here and use this option for your own business. This will help you manage all your lead flow, build your pipeline, and automate your follow up.


This band is most applicable to agencies who want to automate their marketing and cut labour costs, without onboarding their clients onto GoHighLevel. I only see this useful for agency owners just starting out. Clients will be on-boarded onto it once you get hooked on the software.

The agency plan gives the most value for money as you can serve many clients across various locations


If you are running a marketing agency, and already have clients, you’ll want to look at the $297/month plan. You get unlimited accounts for this price. Unlimited funnels, websites, surveys forms, and more.


This will allow you to service your clients and make your life easier.



This is the band for marketing agencies. It allows you to open sub accounts for multiple clients, all included in the $297 per month.


Is it worth it? YES!…if you have more than one client. During my onboarding the GoHighLevel support member said most agencies cancel because they lack clients and cashflow.

They also have an option for a fully white-labeled mobile app (which your clients and their sales reps can use to access their accounts) and a custom zap set up for your brand. However the CRM is already white-labeled. But if you want to take it one step future and white label your own mobile app you can do that too.


3. Elite Plan (White Label Plan)


There is a white label plan as well that costs an additional $497 to the agency package, so it is $794 a month. You will get a fully white-labeled mobile app and also a custom zap set up for your brand in zapier. 


It is also possible to get some specific services like HIPPA compliance done by HighLevel team for your account for an additional charge. This is very useful for agencies serving clients in the medical and personal care industry. 


Although this feature is really cool, it’s not entirely necessary. If you have the extra cash and want to attract premium clients, then go ahead and give it a shot.

Verdict


Does GoHighLevel pricing only work for large agencies? NO


You’ll get a better ROI with GoHighLevel with just 2 clients to your name! But it’s 24 extra you say! No, the best savings with GoHighLevel are time.


I used to waste time setting up client’s chatbots, getting passwords, explaining the costs of zapier. It was often 4 hours set up per account. GoHighLevel allows you to take ‘snapshots’ and copy calendars, funnels, and email marketing campaigns to new clients. I saved about 3 hours for each new client set up using GoHighLevel.
